The project has an ambitious goal of being a catalyst for change. It aims to promote a closer connection between the natural environment surrounding the house, and encourage an exchange between the two. Given the weather conditions of the West-facing site, the front façade of the building needed to be designed with a level of closure in order to block the harsh sun rays.

The vertical metal façade of this design serves a dual purpose: to screen sunlight and provide privacy for the internal space. The circulation is centrally located, allowing natural light to filter through a glass roof to the ground level. The plan is also designed to facilitate natural ventilation, contributing to a comfortable and sustainable living environment.
