They possess a distinct color, durability, and affordability and effectively convey the essence of Thai materials, which is crucial for the design of a spa in the Sukhumvit zone. This area is a business center at the heart of the city and is frequented by foreign tourists. DreamHouse Thai Massage transforms the minimart into a foot, Thai, and Aromatherapy massage spa. The building is divided into two main zones: the bright area (lobby), allowing natural light to filter through various brick patterns, and the dark zone (massage room) for calmness and relaxation.

โครงการเสนอแนะออกแบบรีสอร์ทการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม เกาะพะงัน เป็นรีสอร์ทเพื่อส่งเสริมประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม เกาะพะงัน รีสอร์ทถูกออกแบบให้สะท้อนรากเหง้าของชาวเกาะพะงัน ทั้งภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น วิถีชาวประมง พิธีกรรม ความเชื่อ และงานหัตถกรรม การออกแบบรีสอร์ทภายใต้แนวคิด “วิถีชาวเกาะแห่งพะงัน” โดยมีการเปรียบเทียบและนำเสนอโครงการรีสอร์ทเปรียบเสมือน หมู่บ้านชาวประมง โดยมีการเปรียบเทียบและนำเสนอโครงการรีสอร์ทเปรียบเสมือน “หมู่บ้านชาวประมง” โดยมีเรื่องราวและที่มาของแนวคิดมากจากวิถีชีวิตของชาวประมงเกาะพะงัน และสถานที่ต่างๆภายในหมู่บ้านชาวประมง เพื่อให้เกิดเรื่องราวตลอดการพักผ่อน การเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ไปจนถึงการเชื่อมโยงกับธรรมชาติรอบตัว โดยมุ่งถ่ายทอดเสน่ห์ของการดำรงชีวิตแบบเรียบง่ายที่พึ่งพาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้คน ท้องทะเล และธรรมชาติ
