"Pavilion is a gathering place for people."
I brought an old competition project and redesigned it with an idea to make it more practical for use. The key idea is to locate simple utilities(WC, pantry, storage & M&E areas) as the core of the structure, which is surrounded by an open plan area as an outer layer for people to do flexible activities.

Cycling = การปั่นจักรยาน → บ่งบอกว่าพื้นที่นี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับจักรยาน เช่น ที่พักจักรยาน พักผ่อนของนักปั่น
จุดแวะชมวิว หรือแม้แต่เป็นแลนด์มาร์กสำหรับ community ของคนชอบจักรยาน
Pavilion = ศาลา / อาคารขนาดเล็ก / โครงสร้างที่เปิดโล่ง → ให้ความรู้สึกเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมที่ไม่ใช่อาคารถาวรปิดทึบ แต่โปร่ง เบา และเข้าถึงง่าย
Cycling Pavilion จึงตีความได้ว่าเป็น “ศาลาสำหรับนักปั่นจักรยาน” หรือ “พื้นที่พักและกิจกรรมของคนรักจักรยาน”
