โปรแกรมกสนปรับปรุงอาคารพานิชย์ 5 คูหาที่เคยใช้เป็นพื้นที่เก็บสินค้าในย่านประตูน้ำ โดยเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เป็น Functions แบบ mixused ได้แก่ ร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม พื้นที่เช่านั่งทำงานแบบอิสระ (Co-Working Space) พื้นทีสตูดิโอถ่ายภาพ และสตูดิโอสอนทำอาหาร แนวความคิดคือการสร้างช่องโล่ง เพื่อการระบายอากาศและรับแสงจากธรรมชาติให้เข้าสู่ตัวอาคารให้มากที่สุด โดยเกิดผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่ขายน้อยที่สุด
