concept . ภายใต้การออกแบบ Care desing ภายในงานเน้นการออกแบบที่เรียบง่ายใช้พื้นที่อย่างคุ้มค่าและให้ความสำคัญกับการระบายอากาศเพื่อประหยัดพลังงาน ผ่านการเลือกใช้วัสดุ SCG บวกกับแนวคิด Universal Desing เพื่อใช้สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าไปใช้งานได้ โดยไม่คำนึงถึงอายุ และยังสร้างการเชื่อมโยงและเปิดรับกับธรรมชาติภายนอกให้เข้ามาภายในอาคาร
