“Thai Loei Style” ได้ Expanding เรื่องของวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี และพื้นที่ทางสังคมให้ผู้คนในถนนคนเดิน อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย ผ่านเอกลักษณ์และวิถีชีวิตของผู้คนในบริเวณนั้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพ่อค้า แม่ค้า ชาวบ้านก็มีการใช้วิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่ายไม่เร่งรีบ ใช้ชีวิตในแต่ละวันอย่างมีความสุขและทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันอย่างมีพิธี
