"This location is a well-known tourist destination, attracting a large number of international visitors. With that in mind, the design aims to create architecture that is accessible and welcoming to a diverse audience. The primary material used is expanded metal mesh provided by SCG. The concept behind the project is to showcase the versatility of this material — almost like a compact exhibition — while also creating an iconic structure that reflects the identity of this seaside destination. เป็นการออกแบบ Pavillion ในรูปแบบฟังก์ชัน หอสมุดกลางป่าในใจกลางเมืองโดยมี concept ดังนี้ “Filtered Knowledge Pavilion” “Shadow Pages” (หน้าหนังสือแห่งเงา) “Net of Wisdom” (ตาข่ายแห่งปัญญา) “The Reading Mesh” “เส้นสาย–เงา–ปัญญา” Mood & Tone จากวัสดุตะแกรงเหล็กฉีก มีดังนี้ 1.เงาลายเรขาคณิต → เพิ่มมิติศิลปะให้กับ Pavilion 2.สีโทนดำ/เทา/ขาว → คุมบรรยากาศให้โมเดิร์นและเรียบง่าย 3.การเล่นกับเงา → ทำให้พื้นที่อ่านหนังสือไม่จำเจ มีชีวิตชีวา
