เป็นการออกแบบ Pavillion ในรูปแบบฟังก์ชัน หอสมุดกลางป่าในใจกลางเมืองโดยมี concept ดังนี้ “Filtered Knowledge Pavilion” “Shadow Pages” (หน้าหนังสือแห่งเงา) “Net of Wisdom” (ตาข่ายแห่งปัญญา) “The Reading Mesh” “เส้นสาย–เงา–ปัญญา” Mood & Tone จากวัสดุตะแกรงเหล็กฉีก มีดังนี้ 1.เงาลายเรขาคณิต → เพิ่มมิติศิลปะให้กับ Pavilion 2.สีโทนดำ/เทา/ขาว → คุมบรรยากาศให้โมเดิร์นและเรียบง่าย 3.การเล่นกับเงา → ทำให้พื้นที่อ่านหนังสือไม่จำเจ มีชีวิตชีวา

"This location is a well-known tourist destination, attracting a large number of international visitors. With that in mind, the design aims to create architecture that is accessible and welcoming to a diverse audience. The primary material used is expanded metal mesh provided by SCG. The concept behind the project is to showcase the versatility of this material — almost like a compact exhibition — while also creating an iconic structure that reflects the identity of this seaside destination.
