A 440 sqm Duplex located on Sukhumvit Soi 4. Our customer asked us to think about a new layout for the unit. The idea was to make on the second floor a living space area for family and friends. We designed a layout with an open kitchen on the dining area, a living room with a 50 sqm terrace and 3 guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor, the idea was to make a private area with the master bedroom and bathroom, a walk-in closet and a working room.
