งานออกแบบและเสนอความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ Sustainable Village มีแนวคิดที่จะทำโครงการจัดสรรพื้นที่ให้สำหรับคนที่รายได้ไม่มาก แต่ต้องการมีบ้านสำหรับอยู่อาศัยที่ตอบรับวิถีชีวิตคนรุ่นใหม่ โดยจัดสรรพื้นที่ออกเป็นสัดส่วนตั้งแต่พื้นที่ค้าขายผลผลิต ที่อยู่อาศัย และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้ลูกบ้านนำผลผลิตการเกษตรมาขายส่งให้กับโครงการเพื่อสร้างรายได้ ซึ่งโครงการจะมีโมเดลบ้านให้เลือกซื้อได้ตามเงินทุนจาก Directory ของโครงการที่กำหนดไว้ให้ ทำให้ลูกบ้านจะได้บ้านที่ไม่ซ้ำแบบกัน บ่งบอกถึงตัวตนเจ้าของบ้านได้
