Project Year : 2019 Status : Under Construction Contractor : DaiJai อาคารชุดพักอาศัยใจกลางเมือง ตัวอาคารมีการออกแบบให้มีหน้าต่างในแต่ละ unit ที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่ ทำให้สามารถเปิดเห็นวิวสวนที่มีต้นไม้ร่มรื่นในบริเวณนั้นได้ดี การออกแบบตกแต่งภายในจึงเน้นการออกแบบอย่างเรียบง่าย ทันสมัย style modern โดยเลือกใช้องค์ประกอบในลักษณะเส้นตั้ง ที่ปรับให้มี pattern อย่างไม่สม่ำเสมอ เพิ่มความน่าสนใจ และบานระแนงไม้แนวตั้งที่เลื่อนไปมาได้ เพื่อเปิดและปิดส่วนที่ต้องการใช้งานต่างๆได้ตามต้องการ ประตูเชื่อมระหว่างห้องนอนถูกทำให้กลืนหายไปกับผนัง เพื่อแยกสัดส่วนของส่วนรับรองแขก และห้องนอนส่วนตัวตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
