This large private residence, located at the entrance of Soi Bang Waek 95 in Bangkok, offers approximately 1,300 square meters of usable space and accommodates three families within a single complex.
The design concept focuses on fostering interaction among all family members while simultaneously respecting each individual's need for privacy.
Large fin walls and wooden LOUVER wrap around the building, serving multiple purposes: they provide extensive shading to reduce direct sunlight exposure, create a dynamic and responsive facade, and ensure a high level of privacy for the residents.
