วงกลมกึ่งปิดกึ่งเปิดเ ที่ปกป้องผู้ใช้งาน แต่ยังเปิดสู่ธรรมชาติ พื้นที่ใช้สอยหลากหลาย ทั้ง อ่านหนังสือ, ถ่ายรูป, พักผ่อน, จัดกิจกรรมเล็กๆ เหล็กฉีก+หน้าต่างโค้ง ทำให้ชั้น 2 เป็นพื้นที่คล้ายจัดแสดง งานศิลป์จากแสง โดยไม่ต้องมีภาพวาดจริงๆผู้ที่มาใช้งานจะได้ประสบการณ์เหมือนเข้า หอศิลป์ที่สร้างจากเงา ตรงกลางอาคารมีต้นไม้ ชั้น 2 จะเป็นจุดชมวิวต้นไม้ + รับแสงลอดเข้ามา หน้าต่างโค้งคือกรอบมุมมอง ที่เชื่อมระหว่าง ภายในอาคาร และ ธรรมชาติรอบข้าง

"This location is a well-known tourist destination, attracting a large number of international visitors. With that in mind, the design aims to create architecture that is accessible and welcoming to a diverse audience. The primary material used is expanded metal mesh provided by SCG. The concept behind the project is to showcase the versatility of this material — almost like a compact exhibition — while also creating an iconic structure that reflects the identity of this seaside destination.
