เมื่อถึงเวลาต้องขยายครอบครัวเพื่อตอบรับสมาชิก​ใหม่​ โจทย์​หลักของทีมออกแบบ​ คือ​ "หลังใหม่ต้อง​เชื่อมโยงกับพื้นที่เดิม​ แต่ต้องมีความเป็นส่วนตัวทั้งคู่" ทางทีมออกแบบจึงใช้แนวคิดการโอบดอดของอาคาร​ ให้เชื่อมโยงกับความอบอุ่นของครอบครัว​ โดยที่สอดคล้องไปกับบริบทของที่ตั้งอาคาร​ ทำให้เกิดพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่เชื่อมโยงอารมณ์​การใช้งานได้เเหมือนเดิม​ และยังเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวให้ทั้งสองครอบครัวได้อย่างกลมกลื่น....
