The design concept aims to encourage the surrounding community to once again recognize the importance of a clean canal. It also serves as a space for gathering, conversation, and relaxation, reflecting the relationship between water and people — as water is life, and clean water signifies a better quality of life for the community. This is achieved through the concepts of expanding and interweaving.
